Suggestion - Ignore files specified in .gitattributes

Hey

One thing I noticed is, that it does not pick up the language ignore rules
from the .gitattributes file. It would be nice, if this could be supported,
so that lib/** linguist-vendored would lead to ignoring the languages
in this folder (i'm not sure, if the Github API allow it).

I've looked a bit around and this simple url https://api.github.com/repos/<username>/<repo>/languages can fetch the correct values for a repository. It would require fetching stats for each repository seperately and then adding them together.
