Error building extension 'nvdiffrast_plugin'

I realize there may be a VS version issue, but I checked my version and reinstalled
VS Community 2022 17.10.5:
MSVC 14.40.33807
Windows 10 SDK 10.0.20348.0
It still report VS version not supported.

Other informations:
Python 3.11
Torch 2.3.0+cu118
Nvidia RTX 4070 TiS
