Merge cryoCARE_mpido into this main repo

Before it diverges too much, we should maybe merge the MPI Dortmund version into this main repo and make a new release.

The only thing I'm worried about is the installation procedure. I think for the MPIDo version I finally found working setup instructions for CUDA 11 and CUDA 10. Here it works on my local computer (2xV100, Ubuntu 20.04) and our HPC System (RTX6000, CentOS).

It would be great if someone could test this on another side.

Can you give it shot at your place @tibuch ? It should be also backwards compatible, so your "old" configuration files should still work.

@taputechnic also volunteered to give it a try :-D
