CLI --config option doesn't seem to pass updateScreenshots #20

updateScreenshots works fine in cypress.json, or from inside of tests (Cypress.config('updateScreenshots', true)). But passed in from the cli, as in "cypress run --config updateScreenshots=true," the screenshots are compared and tests failed rather than updated and passed.
