Options to limit history file sizes and number of history rows in memory #177

This issue is more or less similar to Beeline issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-15166.
At the same time it provides two settings

limit for number of rows in history file
limit for number of rows from history file to keep in memory
Both settings and functional are provided by jline.
