In pom.xml, replace 'prerequisites' with maven-enforcer-plugin #95

In pom.xml, replace 'prerequisites' with maven-enforcer-plugin.
(Prerequisites are only for maven-plugin projects.)
Check that Java is 1.6 or higher, maven is 3.2.2 or higher.
