how to make monday the first day of the week?

Is there any hidden setting for displaying monday as the first day of the week?

I did not put an option for that. Actually I do not have time to do it myself am open to contributions, if you have the time you can do a PR

Can we use the user's locale for that when the setting has not be explicitly set ? It's too bad that non american users have to change this setting literally everywhere when the browser knows about the user's choice already.
