Thanks for the suggestion. The point of this plugin is that it works regardless of the position of the cursor, while f and t move forward or backward from the current position. Indeed, I had a hard time describing the behavior in a concise manner but I just haven't paid much attention to the description.
To get the idea of your plugin best, how about beginning your README like that:
