@ericsnekbytes I think this is a great start. You have a bunch of useful items here. I would restructure the doc a bit for readability and clarity. If you want to merge this, I can open another PR with those changes.

People in the meeting seemed comfortable merging this (and no dissents) so I'm going to merge this, and we can revisit and make changes if needed still. Once we go to the executive council for official recognition of the working group, that will mark a more significant deadline for solidifying the text. |
