Multiple files download without zipping the folder #7066
Comments
Hi @andrea-luciani thank you for opening this issue. An extension similar to what you have requested was mentioned in the Triage meeting, https://github.com/jupyterlab-contrib/jupyter-archive. If you can try this extension in Notebook 7, does it meet your needs? |
Hi @andrea-luciani just following up with you about this, did you get a chance to try out the extension linked above? |
Hi @andrea-luciani, it seems like you are asking for a download feature that downloads files separately rather than zipping the files into one folder which would be a feature request. The extension above does not do what you are asking, apologies for the confusion as I misunderstood your question before. |
I think this can be closed as fixed as available in Notebook 7: multiple-file-downloads.mp4 |
dear all, first of all thank you all for your great tools.
Problem
I'm always frustrated when i have to download multiple files from a remote hub because i have to zip/tar remote folder via terminal and then download it
Proposed Solution
I would like to just have a button to download all selected files in hub list. i am not a super skilled coder but it seems to me not so hard to implement...
