Moving a row/column should initiate a scroll if the target is outside of the page.

Describe the new feature being added
We should be able to initiate a scroll action to reach a target row/column which is outside the current view. Right now, you are restricted to moving within the page.

How will this feature improve this extension
Moving rows/columns a long distance can be accomplished in a single move action instead of multiple.
