Release needed to avoid TLJH failure in Ubuntu 21.10 #136

I've been debugging a failure with running TLJH on Ubuntu 21.10, and I tracked the failure down to a failure to install etcd3. This has been made an optional install in #127, solving the issue. But, no release has been made since February.

Shall we try go for one?

Resolved, seems like a bugfix is needed though: #130 (comment)
