Changing mapping schemes from the menu does not persist across VS sessions #16

When you change the mapping scheme with the menu, it works immediately and for the duration of the VS session. But when you restart VS, the mapping scheme reverts to the previous one.

The work-around is to change mapping schemes via the regular Tools->Options;Keyboard dialog.
