vim-clang causes commit string of input-method become incorrect

Hi, I use vim-clang with neovim and I use Input-method to input japanese text.

In neovim which plugged in vim-clang, I found a problem that the first commit string which determined by japanese input-method after neovim startup becomes incorrect. However, the second commit strings are correct. Removing vim-clang will not reproduce the problem.
