Install plugins by dragging installer onto app

Adding new plugins should be as simple as dragging installers onto the app.

Steps to handle:

• extract the Archive.pax.gz
• extract the resulting pax file
• extract the resulting lzma compressed file to get the plugin

The first two steps can be handled by a simple shell script and using already installed applications, but the decompression of the lzma compressed file appears to be an Adobe variation of the LZMA compression. Regular lzma extraction applications aren't able to extract the file.
