Slowness to open files on terminal/iterm #2

It takes more than 3 seconds to open files when running inside terminal / iterm. After reviewing the plugins, I found out that the root cause was skammer/vim-css-color. I removed it from conf/bundles as a workaround.

Any ideas?

This issue might be related to skammer/vim-css-color#3
There is this alternative https://github.com/ap/vim-css-color but I haven't tried yet.
