virustotal.com ceases to function when Download Manger (S3) is enabled. #141

Basically as the title suggests, VirusTotal.com does not work as long as Download Manager (S3) is enabled. Can't log into the website with my account, as it just keeps cycling back to the Capita. You can't analyze any files via any of the methods, (drag and drop, Upload, or URL) as the site gets stuck at "Checking Hash". Disabling Download Manager (S3) resolves all the problems.
