Consider semver tagging module packages

Hello,

Both the github.com/jwx-go/crypto-signer/v2/gcp and the github.com/jwx-go/crypto-signer/v2/aws packages would require a non-annotated git tag such as v2/aws/v1.0.0 | v2/gcp/v1.0.0 (for example) to be added to the repository to allow for version pinning using semantic versioning from external projects.
