刚才发现了一个场景

开启下载监控转移的 - 还没来得及转移 - 自动转移做种转走了 - 再也不转移了。。。

想着能不能给自动转移做种插件增加一个 - 标签未包含 “已整理”的，不执行转移（作为可选项）
