TransXChange2GTFS converter: Superfluous service_id's in calendar files. #284

Services where all trips are resolved into individual service_id's (i.e. that 
contain a '@') are still rolled out in the calendar.txt and calendar_dates.txt 
file. Although technically not incorrect, these service_id's do not contain a 
trip, and should be skipped from the calendar files of the feed.
