This is a feature request, I do not believe this is the right spot to do it, however do not know where else to do this...
Is there any way this can be configured so that when someone is blocked, their traffic is redirected to a page that prompts for a password, and if the password is correct, a "ticket" is issued? This feature/password could be set in the admin .... Perhaps the way you are blocking the firewall makes this impossible.

I think, it should be done separately from current solution. The purpose is different and GUI controls would be different too. If this functionality is one created, it'll look very different, so new WB page should be designed with new back-end. Maybe the principle would be wifi access filtering rather, than iptables' rules. That wifi access would be controlled by a daemon triggered on user's login and counting remaining time.
