Improve notification

Would be cool if you could use a single notification for every GitHub notification and then bundle them in groups per repo and then bundle the repo notifications again as a group.
Inbox by Gmail is an excellent example. This allows us to open a specific notification e.g. a comment on an issue directly from the system notification panel.
