Add list of tested Operating Systems in K0s documentation

I'm trying to find Operating Systems on which K0s is known to work.

Describe the solution you would like

Today I can find the list of Operating Systems against which K0s is tested at https://github.com/k0sproject/k0s/tree/main/hack/ostests#os-operating-system-stack.

It would make sense to also have it in official K0s documentation. It would be easier to find. Today it is on ly mentioned Linux in a generic manner and Windows limited support. (e.g. https://docs.k0sproject.io/v1.31.1+k0s.1/system-requirements/)
