No edit permissions on Android 7.0

Spurred by Ildar on the F-Droid forum, I decided to post this issue:

Expected behavior

trying to edit photos with APM (adjusting saturation, contrast, pop, rotate, etc....)

Actual behavior

Notification "No photo editor found"...

Environment

• Android Version (i.e. 7.0):

  • non-rooted

• A Photo Manager Version (i.e. 0.6.0.170502) :

  • Appears to be a permissions issue, even though granted in settings>>>apps>>>A Photo Manager. No difference for internal storage or SD-card. I'm unable to delete or move photos too.

• Affected Module:

  • Gallery-View
  • Geographic-Map
  • Image-View
  • Filtering
  • Folder-Picker
  • Settings
  • Intent API

cannot edit photo:

• I assume that there is no (preinstalled) photo editor on your android-7 so you have to install one.
  • If you fine a good and free one, please let us know.

I'm unable to delete or move photos too.
