Add support for --plain-http and --insecure-skip-tls-verify

Can you please mirror the Helm functionality for --plain-http and --insecure-skip-tls-verify into the HelmController? This gives us more options when bootstrapping a cluster using temporary registries where we either don't want to generate temporary certs or don't want to add trust for a temporary resource.
