Multicast routing endpoint

Hi all,

We are thinking of moving our multicast services inside of OpenShift 4.10,

I have created a network type IPVlan to allow the forwarding of multicast but only traffic originating in the namespace is able to route properly.

The architecture is as follows:

Router pod - running smcroute with 2 interfaces, one to pod network and one with access to the external subnet.

Application - one interface(pod network).

External vm.

Important note that this OCP cluster is running inside vSphere 7

Application -> router -> VM works.
The other way around doesn't work.

How can I get this to work?
