K8SSAND-1706 ⁃ Add task for replace node

What is missing?
Currently replacenode requires to modify the Spec, manually delete the PVCs and kill the pod. After this, cass-operator modifies the Spec.

Why do we need it?
As noted in issue #102 we should not be modifying the spec for operations. This is one of operations that should be migrated outside.
