What happened?

A new and fresh install on Windoze 11 - I use Airsonic-Advanced to pull Podcast RSS feeds to the local machine & play them in Airsonic on another PC. (Until two days ago I used the oooold (OSS) version of Subsonic on A RaspberryPi) .
If I leave/ close or refresh Airsonic-advanced it does not resume the mp3 file from where I left it, but always starts again from the beginning. I have enabled Autobookmarking and "fiddled" with the time setting in there too.

Steps to reproduce

  1. set up a podcast directory
  2. subscribe to some RSS feeds that have audio ( https://defensivesecurity.org/feed/podcast is a good one :) )
  3. let it download a podcast
  4. Listen to a bit of the podcast ( on another PC on the network - logged in as a user with any or all permissions in Airsonic-advanced)
  5. log out/ close browser /refresh the page /shutdown & go to sleep etc.
  6. log back into airsonic-Advanced as the same user
  7. try to resume listening to the podcast - ( I know with Subsonic you needed to push play from the LIST rather than from the embedded playlist to allow it to resume, but I have tried pushing the play button from anywhere I can find it to no avail)
  8. Expect the Podcast to resume from where it was ( near enough) but it always starts from the beginning.
  9. ( optional ) madly click around in the timeline of the player trying to remember where you were up to :)
