Modifier Key Stuck on Layer Switch #3

I am experiencing an issue where a modifier key gets stuck when switching from a momentary layer

Would it be possible to get a PREVENT_STUCK_MODIFIERS option like QMK?

It is referenced:
qmk/qmk_firmware#579
qmk/qmk_firmware#182

I've tried using QMK, but I prefer this custom version of TMK on my GH60_RevCHN.

I am going to move this to the main tmk_keyboard repository. It seems to be the place that this should be discussed.
