Add Treasure Maps #14

It's not working at the moment for treasure maps. I need some logs though to help confirm this.

Turn on logging

Ensure game is off.
Open C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\XIVLauncher\pluginConfigs\Kapture.json.
Set "DebugLoggingEnabled" to true.

Ensure all filters are off.

On Events tab, make sure everything is checked.
On Content tab, make sure everything is unchecked.
On Items tab, make sure everything is unchecked.
On Filters tab, make sure everything is unchecked.

Trigger/Save Chat Messages

Do some item drops/rolls for treasure map.
Send me dalamud.log (can review and censor character names first if you like).
