Take a look at webpage-html-export plugin, which does this well.
e.g. whe.api.renderMarkdownToString(text, options)

The latest v1.1.0 uses Obsidian markdown renderer so hopefully it renders Dataview plugin output.

Can you please confirm? I didn't test with it yet.
