Add a update status button for individual resource.

Feature Description

Add a button on each individual resource just like exisitng topic nodes where I can update the status whether I have checked out or referred to that content.

How it would help:

1. There are lot of resource links in each node. I skip some of them and try to focus on the main ones. But I know I will learn something new from the ones I skipped. It would be helpful to know which ones I skipped without opening them.
2. Would give an overview of how much resource links I have completed reading or watching.
