libusb is licensed under LGPL 2.1+ not GPL 2.1

And I am no lawyer, but I think your project will be forced into LGPL too, since you have included parts of libusb in the source code, instead of linking. So I don't think this project is compatible with 3-clause BSD. I'm happy to be wrong
