[dev-ex] Set up build from source

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Karrio builds need all modules to be published on Pypi.
That limits users from creating their own production builds.

Describe the solution you'd like
It will significantly improve developer experience and users building on top of karrio to create their own custom builds based on the code base.
This may come in handy for creating nightly or dev builds.
