Password protected Redis server

It is currently impossible to configure Karrio with a Redis server that requires password

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the necessary environment variables to allow setting up Karrio API and background worker with password required Redis instances

Describe alternatives you've considered
I currently restrict internet access to the Redis instance and deploy it next to Karrio closing the port to LAN.
