Find corresponding print settings of an auto tower

Where can I find the corresponding print settings for a section on an auto tower print like retraction or speed to tweak my printer profiles in Cura?
When slicing a normal print job in Cura it ends up wobbly and rather trashy whereas auto towers seem to print relatively flawlessly out of the box in my case.

I would really like to know this too.
I think it's in the GCode somewhere - so I guess one would have to check that?
