Sympa issue with files in /etc/sympa/scenari not properly overriding /usr/share/sympa/default/scenari #8

The send.intranet file, when placed in /etc/sympa/scenari, should override the version in /usr/share/sympa/default/scenari, but it doesn't seem to work. This may be a bug or packaging issue.
