Hi,
I was trying to use a custom reference database with <10 alleles per locus (about 12 loci).
However, when I run SRST2, it outputs not the best hit but the last hit from the list. E.g. if loci 1 has hits to allele a,b and d (as seen in the full genes report), the result will be d* (in the genes report) while there is actually a perfect match with allele a). Why doesn´t it take the best hit?
