Media Style Notification

Is it possible to do a media notification, something like this https://github.com/homerours/cordova-music-controls-plugin for Android and iOS with this plugin?

For Android maybe because they offer the media style. However for iOS I dont think so as its not the focus for the plugin to be a media player plugin.
