Stacks of conditions

If possible, making it so conditions can have a set number of stacks, or gain stacks whenever a preset is applied (with a potential cap that can be set in the moodle like a max of 3/10 stacks). It could be limited to Stackable conditions already preset (as it's a filter that exists), like Vulnerability Stacks.
This could work as a preset type that "adds stack to existing conditions".

it would also be cool if we could add custom logic to stacking behavior, like how "Curse of the Mummy" can stack up to 4, and then it becomes "Mummification"
