Should force a narrative save/rename before allowing users to launch an app cell #1631

To avoid having a bunch of floating Untitled narratives around, we long ago forced users to rename before doing a manual save. For some reason that never applied to autosaves done by running apps.

To deal with this, the behavior should be that clicking an app cell either

  1. is forbidden before saving/renaming
  2. opens a rename prompt that does the saving before running the cell

This is getting to be a major issue. It's popping up in user tickets and should be addressed sooner than later.
