Transmission_rate of a specific device

I'm playing arround with the Fritzconnection/status and i wonder if it is possible to get the 'transmission_rate' of a specific device?

May be by examining the mesh topology (provided by the Hosts-Service). https://avm.de/fileadmin/user_upload/Global/Service/Schnittstellen/hostsSCPD.pdf
There is the FritzHosts.get_mesh_topology() method available to read this information, but at time of writing no further processing is implemented.
