The formula needs a test block.

It should be something more complicated than kbsecret version.

Problems: Running kbsecret at all requires Keybase to be installed, making pretty much any test impossible on a CI (like those used to test formulae for homebrew-core). As such, adding any sort of test here will essentially condemn kbsecret to a third-party tap.
