Unable to access or view deployments in a workspace after being created

Hi I have done the steps multiples times, I keep getting the same error.
After I sync and apply the image using the below command I see no deployments still

 k kcp workload sync kind --syncer-image ghcr.io/kcp-dev/syncer-c2e3073d5026a8f7f2c47a50c16bdbec:705d1f7 > syncer-kind.yaml

 k --kubeconfig ~/.kube/config apply -f syncer-kind.yaml

 k api-resources | grep deployments
exit

Can you help figure out what could be the issue I know it being created just not popping up.
