Provide a way to better analyze KEDA information

For the MVP the information was based on the KEDA logs and parsed out of that.

Longer term we might want to improve this to simplify the dashboard and make it error prone.

Ideas that we've discussed in the past were:

• KEDA CLI (see KEDA CLI Commands keda#173)
• Prometheus metrics

Personally I'm more of a fan of the CLI as it will force us to dogfood our own tooling and not require an external service such as Prometheus given not everybody is running that.
