Disclaimer: I'm working to define this yet, so I'll update this issues when I have time to create new issues for more pending things

In order to improve the reliability and the trust in KEDA end-users have, we need to perform some actions to reduce the impact of new errors and bugs which break already working features.

We already have unit, functional and e2e tests, but they don't cover all the e2e scenarios KEDA supports.
This Issue aims to track all the pending tasks to achieve this goal in a single point.
