Scaler that can work with BeanstalkD Queue, with both ready/burried job stats

Use-Case

We currently use BeanstalkD as our primary queuing system and we are looking to transition over to K8s

Just realised that someone kindly made a scaler for beanstalkd when I came back to look at the ticket as the issue has come back onto my plate at work.
Ile give this a try soon and should be really helpful for us to start running some workloads on K8s.

I think this ticket can be closed if there is nothing else required of it.
