Add operational commands to kubectl kedify

• augment the current cli or rewrite it completely

The focus should be on the operational/debugging aspects rather than installation

• a command that would pull and tar logs from all components (KEDA, Agent, Installed addons), we can pull all logs and/or introduce a parameter to reduce it (number of lines?)
• a command that would return actual metrics values for a ScaledObject (https://keda.sh/docs/2.16/operate/metrics-server/)
• HTTP Scaler related commands - print various metrics from the components (connected proxies, metrics etc)
