Release Kedro 0.18.5

Description

Release Kedro 0.18.5 which will contain lots of new features for configuration. The release depends on the following tickets to be finished:

• BLOCKER: Make behaviour with OmegaConfLoader for kedro ipython consistent with "regular" CLI flow #2255
• Allow users to pass credentials through environment variables #1909 (Docs)
• Add documentation examples for loading credentials externally #2148
• Add an example in the documentation about nodes with generator functions #2170
• Change docs command suggestions to follow style convention #2225

Initially we wanted to include the below issues as well, but the implementation turned out to be trickier than expected, so we'll take more time to investigate a solution and won't let it block the release.

• Package config as a tar.gz #2212
