Package conf with the project package

Description

I often build the projects I run as a package that I can import and run anywhere on the machine I am on, For the most part kedro packages well, but it does not include the conf. This may be my way of thinking and others may use kedro differencely. Would it be possible to package conf inside of src/<package_name>? Or are there existing use cases that depend on it being outside of the project?
